Yup, but the tutorial on the other one is diff, it's chinese/japanese and some kind of diff computer I think.

It seems like the exact same process is used. ^^ Also, a different language doeesn't mean the website would be different. I see that Imgur has also updated, I'll take more updated screenshots when I have the time.
