Because of his power, the stranger sent him to the public rooms just to get banned from the rooms. Mice threw bad names at him and called him a speed hacker. Once, one of the mice threatened Speedy that the mouse would kill him. His friends decided to protest about his power and why he should be unbanned from those rooms. They did, and eventually got banned from those rooms. None of the mice know why he got his power.
