Yea, tbh it would be spamming the chat a bit. I'm not sure if the chat stuff would be great if it were implemented. It can break conversations, think of crowded rooms easy for headsurf such as survivor1. Those messages would be spammed constantly, disrupting conversations. I remember when they used to do something similar to this when Holz was around, I believe.
Also, meep's made for a reason, changing it would make it unbalanced. It's not even that hard to dodge, it's just made to keep away huggers, so I don't really understand the point of trying to enhance it.
But I do want a survivor leaderboard :o

Headsurf is what happens when there are crowd(s) of mice, the cannon surfs over their heads from headshots, causing inexperienced players to jump. It's sort of unpredictable in ways, but usually it only happens on harder maps such as flat maps (@276534 and @281492). They're not hard to dodge anyway. It's an advantage to the shaman on some kinds of maps.

Only the Chat, Leaderboard and Mulodrome ideas are good. I don't think the gameplay should be affected, it's ok as it is now, but the other ideas are pretty good.
