None of us can see your personal files, so just upload it to imgur using the steps Bloodypeace suggested.

The competitions end date has been changed to 10th July, results will be displayed on 13th July. (Due to unknown day when I will be travelling to Latvia)

It's called Deviantart Muro, though I don't suggest it because it won't work correctly. There is a bug and you can't create a new layer with a drawing. The layer goes blank instead.

Make sure you have your image url and not the link that leads to it.

To find your image url, right click the desired image and select "Copy Image URL" or "Copy Image Location" depending on your browser. Once you have it copied, select the BBcode button with a picture of a ..picture.
Then, paste your image url inside the [img] [/img] brackets and voilà.
