This thread has been providing information since December of 2015, but now, as it doesn't get updated and has been thrown out of my mind, it will be locked.

To anyone who wants to re-make the thread by themselves and update it frequently with new information, feel free to PM me for the BBCode so you don't have to start everything from scratch and have something to improve.

Thanks to some of the contributors to the thread and good luck to whoever creates the next one.
