A private message is a system the forums use for communication. It is a replacement for the in game whisper.

You are asked to find the flower codes and you have some hints in the first post to help you out. Once you find them, you send a private message to show the contest host that you have found them. It is nothing complicated, you simply click here, insert the codes + where you found them AND click submit. Hope that makes sense :)
