Not sure what you're trying to do, so I just did this only:

Just remember to untick collision with grounds from dynamic grounds, as that tends to mess things up and nail items only attach where the rotation of grounds equals 0(except for shaman items).

If you want enderman's hands move in a certain motion, let me know. That will be a little bit tricky or close to impossible, so yeah, I would just advice to make that static and try a simplier interesting mechanism that affects the gameplay in a good way.
