You get those stars when you unlock them again (if you won them last year), not sure what about the ones that didn't get them last year

It's not confirmed by any item yet, but I'm 90% sure of that, I mean there are many items that haven't been unlocked, just like in Halloween, and there were a mini event the day of Halloween where we could unlock all those missing items, so it's probably that there'll be one the day of Christmas
