A few suggestions:

* A hairstyle for low pigtails. We have Miku's hair but that's higher pigtails, I mean lower ones with bows.
Like this; http://prntscr.com/vh92v except with two ponytails.

* Riachu fur. Me and my friend were talking about this.

* A bow on the tip of the mouse's tail.

* Cat ear headband (on ears or something). We have the cat hat but it'd be cool to have cat ears. Like the bunny ears, for example.

* Braided hair.

* A feather boa.

* Blush. We have eye makeup, why not cheek makeup? It'd be cute if you were pretending to have a shy mouse or whatever.
