First , I haven't broke a rule because the rule is talking about taking artists's pic without their permission and this is not an artist pic this is a puplic pic made for mice by admins.
Second , art is about making something special that is not easy to be made by everyone.
third ,you made feel bad about something I was very happy about :(

you've missed the last part. "Any artwork created by tracing an image without permission can be reported by the original artist."
i don't really understand your second reason, but what i define art as is not tracing something or changing the colours of it.

Tracing isn't allowed SPECIALY if it's a MELI art !
