[Tribe] Change tribe name

Alright, you know how you make a tribe name, you have to stick with it, right? Well, I have an idea! Instead of having to make a new tribe, the Spiritual Chief or Tribe Shamans can change the tribe name for 200 cheese. Here's what it will look like:
