As silly as this sounds. It depends on what your team does and what angle you set up to defend. Bundling up on the flag in a giant wall is okay for a few people but the attackers are gonna focus on getting to that so they can capture. I normally set up on top of it and snipe people trying to attack. It's won a few games.
Edit: Note that people are bundled up on the flag.

As for the elimination thing where you get 1 life. That's mostly teamwork and just playing smart from what I can tell.

Well anyway I was wrong, defence can win too. :P

But I noticed, defence can't win very easily in smaller rooms.

That's when strategy and smart game-play should come in !

Edit: Just did a few 1 vs 1 with someone. The capture and defend is quite hard against smaller teams but again teamwork and defending can take you a long way.

The person did suggest something though that I think would balance a bit more. The defending team should be able to lower the number by 1 every 5 or 10 seconds the attacker isn't on it. Should have a limit to a certain amount of people though for this to take action.

Other then that I would like to see an actual capture the flag game-type instead of the "capture the points" we have now. One where you of course have to get to the enemy base and take the flag back to yours. I think it'd be fun.

That's elimination, you only get 1 life. The last team standing wins.

Capture the flag is the one with the respawn :p

Suggestion:
-when your building bar is fully filled it will be invisible;the problem is, it is invis also when it is empty, so you can mistake them.My proposal is that when it`s complete filled, it should be black or another color

"Bug-wise", I played for about ten rounds, then the next round showed nothing on my screen except blue background (only me, everyone else was still playing normally), and then it crashed. No other problems so far.

IMO, It's a good concept for a versus game with the conjuration, and it plays well even with my killer internet. My one suggestion so far would be to shorten the crouch a bit more. Right now, ducking does practically nothing. (It doesn't and shouldn't in TFM, but it should in forteresse, considering that you're getting shot at. :P )

Actually when you duck sometimes you don't get shot. Atleast for me. :P
