The problem is that maybe you created the tribe but you left, you're not part of the tribe anymore. If you want to join back then people should vote or at least have some form of agreement to it. You can't just quit and then come back with the highest power. I understand people leaving tribes for reasons but you can't just come back on top after all and go against the will of the actual tribe members.

It was the founder's responsibilities to make sure their tribe was in the hands of the right and trustable.
Even if they did make the tribe, when they come back, unless the current chief had always been dead, most of the times they would find that the tribe had changed.
It's also unfair for the members. Even though YOU created the tribe, if you gave your position up, it's YOUR fault and proves that either you don't like the tribe anymore or you're just a bad leader.

What's so hard about giving the tribe to an alt?

I'm tempted to support this since a broken tribe bot is the spiritual chief of an old tribe my friend and I owned (this was before you could appoint new spiritual chiefs), but ultimately I do not support it. I think it's the tribe leader's responsibility to look after their tribe, and if they appoint a new leader it's now that new leader's responsibility to look after it. The tribe creator should think hard about whether they want to give up their ownership. Besides, if they really want to keep the tribe, they can make an alt account the leader.

/support we have a member who leaves and joins everyday and tbh i think putting a cheese fee on leaving and coming back would help. I'm currently going through a tribe distress, you can find it on suggestions and under the topic "tribe member bans!" full on support for this though! The tribes need to be shown as much care as anything else /support
