Can we have rooms where this new feature is disabled for people who don't like these new things?

^ i have a feeling that the abillities will be disabled in all rooms but the numbered rooms and vanilla, pretty sure it will be like this in #debuglua rooms too

I think the admins said they will make a separate tree for survivor too?
e: They said they are trying to figure out how to adapt them to survivor

Thats the source though. Meli was going through her source folders to show the viewers that everything is in place

Not really looking foward to these updates. It looks like it will make Shamaning much to easy, and possibly unfair with the defeliante power-ups.

Just my oppinion though, depending on how they're implemented, I guess it could be fun.

Guys, have a good idea. Instead of tieing them to exp, why not ditch the whole xp system and allow mapmakers to enable the use of these new items/features at their own discretion. It would avoid the issue of having to balance these new features with a bunch of old maps, along with a whole host of other problems. For people who want to experiment with these new features, have a new room type that only plays maps with the new features, or enables them across other maps (for people who don't mind the new silliness). Best of all, the hard work to this new update will not be wasted, only redirected to improving the game without breaking what already works.

But sadly, I don't know if this suggestion will ever see the light of day.
