I used the pencil tool on GIMP to draw the first one

Both of them I used Ezimba.com to animate.
You draw the frames (For example, for the first one I drew an opened eye one and erased it and drew a second closed eye one)

Then you upload the first frame to Ezimba
Click "Frame animation"
Upload the other frames
Select your settings and click convert

The GIF should be at the top

Also: The pink haired mouse w/ the heart is free to use anywhere

I'll make more of these things
