So, in the document I've got times for quarter finals, there will be more than four due to the international nature of this competition and very random time selections from certain people ( I'm looking at you Noedles with your one possible time, and it's a time nobody else wants to do it ;;), as it stands we'll run with it as is on the doc and the top 2 losers will also get places. Cloude, Jonkertje, Bleees and Comeatmebroz haven't given me times, I am hoping Bleees can join the last group and both Jonkertje and Cloude can agree on one of the other times, then we'll have nice even matches, but we can work with whatever. Comeatmebroz disconnected partway through one of the group stages and hasn't sent me any messages since so i'm sort of not expecting him to join in, but he is welcome to if he reads this.

The quarter finals are more evenly matched overall than the groups were (other than the Skulleh, Jocere, Mcsguigf, Fafee killzone), but there should be some good games :)

I'm currently testing out the possibility of me streaming these matches on twitch.tv . My last streaming effort caused me to crash out within the first 10 minutes (but there were 100 people in the room and Makinit loaded his cow script) so hopefully I can do better this time!

Hi Yogii, Just wanted to tell you I can't be in my actual group's schedule for reasons (and I didn't checked that schedule either). But I can be in the next one (20:00) which has 4 players which is almost empty, so could you please change me to that group?

Am I wrong for thinking it's weird that out of group 1 only 3 out of 6 go through, while in group 2 three out of four people go through?

Yes, there is witchcraft going on here, but no really I just didn't edit things properly.

At the moment, the first 3 games were even numbers, so half have gone through.

For groups 4, 5, and 6, supposing everyone turns up as in that document. There will be 5 playing in groups 4 and 6, and 6 in group 5
The top 2 from 4 and 6 go through, and the top 3 from group 5 go through.

That will leave us with only 15 in the next round. So the closest third place out of groups 4 and 6 will go through (To account for the fact the ratio is harder)


If players don't arrive at any event, it gets even more complicated, but I have a plan that I can explain if you like but I'd rather only get to that if it happens!

It's okay my son, your honorable defeat has given our cause some valuable information in the future.

Yeah it`s rather vague, but I would guess it means whoever has the least point discrepancy between them and second (or first?). If that`s the case, it wouldn`t really be an assuring way to determine who`s actually worthy of that final spot. I would rather have a wildcard round to determine who gets that last spot(s) but the issue with timezones would make that almost impossible, which likely leaves choosing the closest third place the only option.
