i mean all it does is make it annoying as hell for mapmakers to edit their rejected maps that are somehow still in p23

I suppose P23 is just a testing category so the mapcrew can play them in public. I have a few maps that were left in testing categories over time so just bug them to change them back to P22

Bootcamp completions only count on P3/P13/P23 maps, we use them so that people can still gain bootcamp completions when we test maps.

People in Map Crew FAQ accused mapcrews of favorising certain group of people, so they proved them wrong by P23-ing entirely bad maps made by random mapmakers

But you have pro maps, i need learn more about the editor XD.

If you're just after getting high perms, you have to keep trying through trial and error until you learn; most of us had to learn the long way.
