I got excited when I saw the Eevee fur. I saw it was one of the runner-ups in the fur contest, and when I saw it I needed it. Now, I finally have it...

It would really suck to make a fur and then have it put in the shop, but only for a limited time, and still not receive it for free. Only 1 and sec win fraises + 3rd one gets cheese and to point the first and second position dont get enough fraises to buy their own created furs. If you won for example and you have like lets just say 70-80 fraises and they give you 250 how could you buy your own fur when it's known the price of it doesn't get under the 400? And also runner ups receive some sort of cheese but it's still not enough to get them.

I understand that Atelier 801 need to get more money somehow, and that's their way of doing it: having us buy fraises for things not worth the money. Renewing interest of the game in this way is not the best idea. The majority of the fanbase is made up of kids and teenagers, and most of them won't buy fraises-- whether buy circumstance or they just don't want to. You see some desperate kids falling for scam of x amount of cc for this fur and that quite often, and it's disheartening in some ways. They could of course, lengthen the amount of time and lower the price for these items. But why should they? They could just sit on that expensive price tag and hope some perfectionist to fall for this shameful tactic.

With all that said I still succumb to buying those furs, really. They are of course, "limited" and it's hard for me to pass that opportunity. I have a tight budget and don't know how long I could keep this up for, hopefully they'd stop soon enough. Atelier 801, I hope you would stop being a hypocrite that you are and start adding interesting things-- things that would add to the gaming experience in some ways. You have been working on your other project for a while, I have observed, and maybe that's why you need this last rush of money going through. The collector items will be re-added in the future, and from what I know, Meli wants the content to be in the system, ready for resale in the future, so if you don't have a chance to buy them now, they'll be available for purchase later.

Afterall, Meli's not going to be working for a while and they haven't found someone to work in Meli's place yet. That is probably the reason behind the collector being added in-game.

It's just my speculation.

Thats just your speculation. You don't know if they'll reintroduce the collector items at a later date and frankly I don't think they will. So don't say that you "know it's going to be added in the future" when you dont. Meli and the other admins havent confirmed so you can't say for fact. -_-
