I would like for new original-name accounts to have the #0000 nametag. In addition, I would like for users to be able to choose their hashtag number to make it easier for them to remember (except for those special tags saved for the staff).

it personally doesn't bother me at all, it's just a tag number and it's absolutely harmless and shouldnt be bothersome whatsoever. The #0000 is a unique tag, as it basically symbolizes your originality. Then again, you're not special, just because you have an original username you made first and have a #0000 doesn't mean you're special enough to not have a tag whatsoever. Everyone has tags, even staff members. it's only fair.

I hope atelier801 notices this, it's really annoying to type #0000 every single time if you want to watch yourself or do some commands etc.

You can do /watch Loy + tab and it will auto-complete the rest of your name. If someone else in the room also starts with Loy, you can just add another letter.

I do not think this is possible to implement since the game now identifies people by their username AND tag number instead of just the username. What this does is it prevents the game from accidentally identifying one account to another with the same name, so without the tag number, the game will have a hard time trying to figure out which [username] you are.

Also, anyways we are in late 2023 and nothing happened so...

I am not in favor of this proposal because

1. There is no need to check the user to identify a moderator/administrator

2. Tag #0000 is tagged only to players who have not changed their name and can be easily identified and prevents impersonation in an easy and effective way.

Honestly, I think older players should've gotten random numbers too. They could've just given a special badge or symbol to those who made their accounts before the update. It would've been more fair to those who had to change their old, cringy names and it would've been much better imo.
