2020 Event Guidelines, Shop & Sale Discussions - Christmas

A great coder called Extremq#0000 volunteered and created an improved version of the trade module, you can access it by going to /room #ninja0trade (or #ninja1trade, 2, 3... you get the idea). He is offering the code for it also, which can be found here, for anyone who would like to work on the module and improve it: https://anotepad.com/notes/qxrx48jn
I'll post this in the Modules section of the forum also, with the hopes that someone, (or many someones) refines the mod and gives it a final form, something to serve both Christmas and Fishing events, with as many cool features and options as possible. It's already so boring, has not a single new element nor any challenge (like traps), yet they decide it should last one more month. Nice.

Why not add Back to School in a week or two and let us enjoy the event that hasn't returned for years? I know it's technically not school time yet, Meli has said that too, but normal players won't have that much time to play during school to finish an event that needs 50-50 A and F exam consumables.

I agree you. I think that fishing event should end by August 15 at the latest and we have been away from school for months. It is an event that we haven't seen for years and we couldn't go to our school for months. This event can connect us to school. I hope the admins think again.

I agree there with you Peanut. Back to School needs to come back, it was one of the more fun events and is greatly missed.

I don't understand why we don't get daily quests related to most events... How hard is this to do? We could definitely have some fishing-related quests.

They already exist, they just didn't put them this year

Well, yeah I know they did not. It's very sad, the vanilla daily quests are so few, they never got an update, it gets boring after so long.

And 'Buy a shop item' is a joke now, you literally earn no cheese in total if you already bought items less then 25 cheese

No, at least not on your main account. You could do it on an alt and get the rewards again though if you really want.

We should "annoy" Meli on stream this week to add this event instead of that boring-ass Vegetable Garden...

I enjoy gardening, but I wouldn't say no to a few tweaks in it, perhaps an additional map or something...

I think it would be wrong to add the vegetable garden event. Because it was added last year and it remained for a long time. I think that back to school event should be added this year. And I think you're right. We must persuade him to add it back to the school event while she is on broadcasting, but let's do this by demanding, not angering :)
