he used pixlr and so pencil doesn't look like that I'm pretty sure that's paintbrush

crit my painting NOT what i use! plus whats so bad about sketchy?! and if you look in most places i am useing plain!/shaded not sketchy backround! shaded, mice shaded, lighting plain, around the mouse plain moon sketchy yes but except that no >:o

Hm.. well the lineart is a little off (just a little) and the ears look backwards..

Even though they have that light tan-ish outline they look backwards plus they're a bit too big.

it's kinda hard to tell, but i coloured this with the oil water and water 10 tools. i've only used these kinds of brushes once or twice and god only knows if i'm using them properly or not. if you have a tutorial that you'd like to reccomend, great, go ahead and do it. i just need help with the brush tools.

I see some white spots that arent colored. Only the bottom half of the eye should be showing on the far one. Some lines look like they overlapped some parts. And also, this is my opinion but, I don't like the outline being really thin.

well the bottom showing is a style, fluffy does that too.
the bow is a little lopsided
the sparkle is suppose to be on the diamond not beside it XD

i arent a harsh critquer, and before i start i would relaly dearly love to that thats adorable! ;3;
all what im saying is just my opinion, you do not have to really follow them!~
so yup, lets get to the point!
Understanding that oyu are using a mouse, i would not talk MUCH about the unsmooth lines/ pressure

1: Abit of Anatomy (?)
Not judging on the style alrighty?
1a: HER left eye is abit bigger than the.. right eye ^_^" either you can make the breadth shorter for the left eye

1b: Ear placement
Her right ear does not seems to be connected to her head, while her left ear as abit too big ( for me )

1c: Chest fur
I know we all love chest fur, but the chest fur is abit.. odd, in the sense that suddenly at chest has alot of fur ^^"

1d: Head too big in length, you may want to make it more of a circular head than oval :3

1e: Tail too thick
It could be your style of drawing it.. or maybe is hard to control your mouse, but i think i can suggest oyu to make it thinner ^^"

1f: Her nose is abit displaced, it can move more to her right

1g: Her right arm is lower than her left arm o3o.

2: Where is the lgiht source? (Or shadow/ shading)
I understand for these pictures is not really needed for light source , but if oyu do want to put shade and shadow on it,
imagining a light source coming from a direction, i also notice since it is hard to paint on Paint, you were lazy to put shading on most parts on her, is only on her Body.

3: Hair
Not being mean :c sorry if it seems so but.. her hair.. is not really... suitable.

so yea ^^" try making it flow downwards more, and make it 3D-ish abit :I

4: Tail jewel chain
I know you are abit lazy on it, but you can make the chain abit more rectangular than circle, making it look uneven.
