Well, the shoes look really awkward, as if they were facing backwards. Those legs look painful in that position.
The bottom of the suit kinda looks like an underwear.
Besides that, pretty good.

Ok.Mouse tails aren't lines.The cat hat's ears seem broken.And try altering the face of the hat to make it look more like a cat as it currently seems like it's a rabbit instead.Also fix the arms,don't make it look like it was slapped on the body.Draw the arms from inside the mouse's body instead oh outside.Also,you forgot whiskers and try to add a neck so it doesn't look like the head is broken.

The tail looks like a string, not like a mouse's tail.
The nose is way too small, if you ask me.
The head is kind of um....awkward.

Although, nice shading. :p

Hes supposed to be laying on something, lemme change the picture a bit

i noticed that he looks really kind of blank and expressionless kinda like a zombie or someone watching TV, and he has no pupils / not black pupils with blue irises (idk if megaman is supposed to be like that maybe he is)

@Soak thank, and hes just suppossed to be staring at the screen and the last part I don't know I think I colored the blue in his eyes a little too dark
