I would like to join the tribe but.. the requirement no.3 said that i need to have 2 friends in the tribe..is that mean i need to find the tribe member first?or i can make friend just after joining the tribe?

i am not a member of this tribe, but i'm assuming they mean you have to already be friends with 2 people before joining the tribe.
