Sometimes it's circles yis, but i just draw a line most of the time and if it looks good then i keep it but if it doesnt I just keep redoing it, it's the luck of the draw really :P

My pen settings are just default a photoshop pen settings with transfer on and tablet pen pressure, but heres a link just incase :P

Im a mac, so I can't use Sai yet, but I will be soon, so I might drop some pen settings too from there soon :P
