Is it ok to use other people's Designs (Ie. the Pokeball)? Just wondering, incase people don't want their art on other people's maps.

if they wouldnt like that other people got their arts, then they wouldnt submit them. so yes, you can use them

Z is that thing in map editor. If a ground have a bigger Z then the other it will gonna be in front of it.
