without cropping it looks kind of butchered since avatars need to be 100x100 and your picture is not a square

Can you guys help me? I cropped this picture and resized it to 100x100, but it's still bigger than 30KB, I ended up needing to make it 60x60, and it was all blurry. Help? :c
