It doesn't always have to be for the EN-speaking countries. They're making it fair for everyone!

The applications are open for almost every community not only EN. And France Time is GMT+2 because of summer time.

Well, since we discuss the applications one by one..we won't send all PMs at the same time. If there's someone who got accepted, we just send the PM right after we have decided it.

When this Application will be ended, then it would be great idea to create announcement. Then people can see, and they will not ask some questions on this thread, when they know it is closed.... I think everyone is exiting now...

There's no date when we send PMs. Only the ones who will be accepted receive one and the others don't.
We discuss the applications one by one so every new member will get the PM on a different day.

There will be a small announcement when we have finished the discussions.
