I was nervous if i should critque this because i am not.. a dragon artist.. yeah.
The anatomy is not bad, but can be improved!

it gives you a better idea how it should shape like, and yours is similiar to it!
Giving my opinions,...
1: i dont see the nostrals (or how to spell it..)

2. i think your dragon is not "fat" enough, its stomach is too small basically ^^"

3: and i think the wings are too small for the dragon.

and just for extras, i think the dragon color makes it looks "slimy". you can give more of a.. grey- green color, or just about that range

Don`t be nervous to try, I think this is really good advice.

I do do my anatomy based on tutorials, but this dragon was based on this toy I got so I was following it`s structure.

1. Nostrils, and I don`t always add those as they are not my priority. But yes it is lacking nostrils and i should have put those in.

2. The toy was pretty slim, I bet I was off quite abit though, I don`t doubt that. My style has a history of slim dragons, it`s probably because I used to draw them with fat pig bodies so instead of doing down hill that way, I`m going down hill the other.

3. Yeah now looking the wings are pretty small, I don`t like covering up the tail because I do add some deatils there, the tail blade and rump spikes, so I have trouble making sure my wings are big enough, then after getting the fingers long enough I mess up with making the wing membrane not going all the way from one wing tip to the other. The wings are, however, in a folded position and torn. But yes, they should have been bigger.

Extra: The toy was a darker green. I don`t often have my dragons in darker colors, and I`m imagining him standing in sunlight where it would bounce of his scales giving him a brighter coloration.

The eyes have a great difference in size,which can be uncomfortable to look at.
You forgot whiskers.
Mouse tail ain't lines.
The left ear cannot be seen,but i assume it's blocked by the hat.

I will leave the rest to better critiquers.

The eyes should be different sizes, since the left eye is farther away, but not this much difference in size. And I draw mouse tail lines, as do many other people, and it looks nice. It's a matter of style, just like adding whiskers.

Did you use MS Paint? It sure looks like you did. You shoud try GIMP, which is free and will let you make smooth lines. I use a mouse to draw and GIMP helps me lots. The tail should be curvier, it is at an angle at various places. Also I suggest not using a drastically different size of brush for the tail tip, it looks awkward. But yeah. Try GIMP.

I would have said SAI but it doesnt have smooth stroke, it's just that MS Paint is really only good if you're a professional, or for simple editing of screenshots, stuff like that.

First of all the snout! I would ony reccommend drawing the snout like that if the mouse were looking up, but for near foward facing, just a plain nose would be better. We should see a little more of the right arm, right now I can only see the shoulder, indicating that the right arm is twisted back way more than the left one. I would suggest changing your style a bit so that the feet don't look like blocks coming off circles, I can't explain it well though. Feet also have toes, or at least paw-like lines. The ear is way too far down, it looks like it is pressed against the side of the head, and some part of the other ear should be showing.

Uhhh the feet/paws are kind of just like long sticks. The head is a bit uhhh awkward with the fur sticking out.

I think the feet look like stilts. Maybe try to flatten them more. Add more eyelashes on the right eye. And maybe make the blush marks more circular.

Other than that, it looks good.

the only thing bothering me is that the legs don't have feet like there are legs but no feel. making then look like stilts or sticks like others havee said.
