Moderators that don't do their job in the game despite being online. It has been like this for months, we report a hacker and they do not get banned most of the time but if they do get banned, it happens only after 3 hours later (no exaggeration here). I don't mean any specific moderator by this. I am just saying that players like me who play this game passionately, it really annoys us when we don't feel like we are supported by the moderation team that is supposed to be helping us, players, in this particular matter, hackers!
If we whisper a moderator, most of the time if not all the time we don't get a reply back and no action is taken towards the hackers we report. Also some moderators have their whispers closed with a message saying ''use /report'' and that is completely understandable. However we do use /report and we rarely get a karma back. I play this for many years and I've never seen this many hackers before like I do at this moment. I hope the moderation team do something about this matter and do not take offense at what I've mentioned.

The fact that admins don't focus on the game anymore. Instead of updating tfm they try to make new games which end up failing. Probably the reason why people leaves too, no new features, repeated events and just a bunch of collectors items. If they focused on the games as much as they did in the early days i'm sure it still would have a huge interest.
