Do u have a recommended software that is FREE?

FireAlpaca is free! It also has a ''correction'' option from 0-19 and 19 is smoothest but least control (like you have to move slowly to get a circle)
and 0 is the opposite. xD

I'm not good at art critique but if you're going to add writing to your work, it's best to get the correct spellings and grammar.
'Should've have' doesnt make sense as should've means' should have' so you're actually saying 'should have have'. Confusing, but hope it helps!

Also, the word 'brought' is better than the word 'broughten'. c;

Anatomy and feature:
First of it i THINK you were thinking of those MLP pony anatomy, from the look of it.
I mean yes my anatomy of my mouse isnt really mouse anaotmy too ( i made it up) but i can still tlak the features of the mouse body
1: His ears are too big(long actually)
2: his hind leg muscles is too small
3: the body splitted up when the front leg is blocking it.
4: The face looks square-ish, you can try making it more circle
-also you can bring the muzzle up abit more.
5: the ear fur became part of the neck, maknig it abit weird ><
6: (if it is a style then sorry!) Whiskers are suppose to be on the mouse cheeks >_< not in the air

Others:
1: I know thats a rain hoodie hat ( i dont have it so idk how to call it :c) but it does not look like.. one to me as the irregular shape confuses me ><"
2: Raindrops are not .. stone shaped, is more of a thin line shape

That ear is almost as big as the whole body. Rule of thumb that you don't need follow; a mouse's ear is usually smaller than the snout.

Where on earth are it's feet, and how is it holding the paintbrush with a closed mouth? Another thing that bothers me is the eyes take up almost all of it's face. I understand you're trying to do an anime/chibi style but there's gotta be a limit to how uguu your eyes are.

Mice have whiskerssssss. And where's the paws?
It also kind of just feels like it's skewed, like the head should be a little taller than that. Kinda reminds me of a cartoon where a character has an anvil dropped on it's head and it's kinda smooshed.
