Moderators that don't do their job in the game despite being online. It has been like this for months, we report a hacker and they do not get banned most of the time but if they do get banned, it happens only after 3 hours later (no exaggeration here). I don't mean any specific moderator by this. I am just saying that players like me who play this game passionately, it really annoys us when we don't feel like we are supported by the moderation team that is supposed to be helping us, players, in this particular matter, hackers!
If we whisper a moderator, most of the time if not all the time we don't get a reply back and no action is taken towards the hackers we report. Also some moderators have their whispers closed with a message saying ''use /report'' and that is completely understandable. However we do use /report and we rarely get a karma back. I play this for many years and I've never seen this many hackers before like I do at this moment. I hope the moderation team do something about this matter and do not take offense at what I've mentioned.

To add on to this, the current staff is inactive to the public eye. Of course, there are still moderators online at different times and have whispers opened for everyone. Every so often, the moderators will feel overwhelmed by the number of whispers they're receiving. Which is why you should wait patiently. Whenever I report a player. I don't receive a whisper until 10-15 minutes later. But do I criticize them? No.

When moderators are on their alt, they're effective to handle reports instead of having like 5-20 whispers open from members of other communities. But sometimes a player will humiliate them for not quite understanding their language or clearly can't help them. Which is why most of the time moderators will ask you to use /report.

Some rooms are very full of pros and gets pretty awkward being the only one that keeps being left behind or falling. Mixed rooms should stay, but also there should be options for rooms with others that have similar skills. This could probably be determined by how many firsts a player has...
