I think that outline is WWWAAAYYYY too thick and makes it looks so messy and crowded. I usually use 5 point lines for outlining, which is decently thick but not so thick that it looks like just lines.

Especially if you're going to make the eyes and mouth different size lines, try and use the same line size for the whole drawing.

That left foot on the mouse's left is smaller than the other.

I just....just...what? Once you start leaving out body parts that's not style, unless you're Picasso. And what do you mean why are your outlines too thick? You drew them that way what......

The tail is WAY too thick.

The house looks a bit squished, to be honest. Uhh the candies on the ground that are circles have those little things splattered on them? What's that?

well the house is suppose to be thin, ermm yea ik the tail.. the splattered things are like flavors??? idk candy has those sometimes

ty and the selection box was cuz when i uploaded it the other way it was all pixly and messed up like it was really messed up....lollipop is suppose to b behind roof, how do i make it look like tht

If you create a new drawing, I think you click advanced settings and then select background color, then a list should pop up and you should select transparent bg or something. I'm on a GIMPless chromebook so I can't check, but it's something along those lines.
