Just upload image, select the size you want (i use 128x128 usually) that's under 30 ko drag across the image so select and vwala
(i can show you with screenshots if you want)

Please what?

Press browse, use the image you'd like, press the 100x100 icon, and press something like "select." then drag the mouse where you want it cropped, and voila. Take the image and save it.
