I think the guests should have a safechat, they can say: Hi, Hello, How are you?, Good, Thank you, Great, Awesome, Epic, etc... I think it should stay as a no typing thing for them but a little safechat in the chat bar.

Edit: The guests can only speak ever 10 - 25 seconds through it; Thanks to Anomunus for the great idea :D.

well there is only one of each:
Pro's: Guest's can use safechat to speak to others.
Con's: Guest's may spam...

If your concern is with spam, then make it such that they can only send msgs every 10 seconds or 30 seconds or whatever

It's sorta like how you can't send a msg rly quickly after another one (it says "Quiet, please."), but the time is extended?
