permanent/semi permanent threads

permananent threads would stick around forever UNTIL a sent disables it for the thread.Semi permanent threads are threads with a due date and under the duration of that time they can kinda "dissapear".It would be useful to have this for certain threads of intrest.

I suppose a better way to phrase the suggestion would be:
Since we already have sticky threads, which are considered "permenant" until a sent unstickies them, why not semi-sticky threads with an expiration date due to the type of thread it is (announcement, event, open applications, etc.)

yeah like a little clock button that when you click on it it tells you how much time it has sticky for like days hours minutes

I think a good name for this idea would be "timed sticky" or "limited sticky"? XD
