I recently rejoined transformice after a long pause and have sadly noticed that the old bug with irregular Unicode symbols (Greek letters for example) that was once used to create private rooms is no longer functionable, since those symbols appear normally now.

Since this is the case I feel it is necessairy to create a form of room where people cannot enter simply by stalking others, but only if someone activly told them the password to the room.

These would obviously not be normal rooms like /room lol or such, but instead it could perhaps use a systems similar to how people cannot enter the tribehouse of another tribe, but I will leave the implementation buisness up to the developers.

On the user side if someone was to make such a room he would have to enter a special codeword like "Protected" or "Password" or something the like, which would cause a screen to pop up where a password could be put, which would then pop-up for everyone who tried to follow said user too, with the difference that the following person would have to input the correct password previously put in place by the user.

Also I wish to add that obviously, moderators would be able to enter these rooms if they required to, because of a violation of the game rules or such.

These all are about some form of private rooms. It's a much wanted feature.

And still none of these are on the suggestions list.

This has already been sugested

I now looked at the other topics and realised they are quite different to my suggestions actually.

The first thread aims at enabling people to lock existing rooms with a password, which in my opinion isn't really a smart idea, since you wouldn't be able to use all the lol/noob/cheese/ etc rooms anymore.

The second and third thread both suggest a room similar to the tribehouse, but for everyone.

The fourth thread also suggests a room similar to the tribehouse, but has some specialties for it.

My suggestion however is to have a new, special form of password protected rooms, where maps are played normally as they would in other rooms and where cheese and firsts count.

I think I didn't make this clear in my OP but I wish to do so now.
