the thing i don't understand is Nightmode is created by adding N="" to the first <P section in the XML, analogous to the above explained hide offscreen setting. yea tell me more about it :D |

I'm dieing to get this question answered. How do you make a ground invisible? I've tried a few tutorials online, but I don't understand them/they don't work for me. Larenwa a dit : Fist of all, the ground must be a rectangle or a circle. Then copy the XML to the notepad and find the ground you want to make invisible. How do people make tribe house maps scroll so long? I know how to make a scroll map, and change the code, but the tribe houses I've seen always exceed the limit I've been able to achieve. |

Jessive a dit : Settings --> set L="1600" set H="800" if thats what you mean by 'large maps' If you're referring to lengths past 1600, you have to align it manually. Ex: putting a vertical line at x1:900 x2 900 if your map is 1800 in length, to help you visualize where the middle of the map actually is, etc.. |

Epalk a dit : It seems to move forever (or as long as the map lasts) if you change the masses to 1, but it does slow down a little and it's also pretty unpredictable depending on the number of mice on the moving blocks: http://pastebin.com/jLNCBALQ But I found a better and more reliable way by using joints: http://pastebin.com/2gbxeazj To change the speed you have to directly edit the XML. Where it says "MV="Infinity,0.5", you make the 0.5 a larger number (for example, if you change it to 1 it would move twice as fast). To alter the distance the blocks move just move the spinning ground in relation to the red anchor (the greater the distance it is from the red anchor, the greater the distance covered and vice versa).
