Help Chat is for players in-game who do not understand something, and want an answer/resolution.

There will be a command, or a button, whatever, to ask something in help chat. This will be like a special whisper. You will ask a question, and it will be sent to moderators, or whoever they allow, to answer questions. They will be able to reply back if they know the answer.

Some things I would like to clarify is:

• You are not brought into the chat for just being a moderator or a normal player. You can choose to join and answer questions when you want.

• Normal players will not be allowed to answer questions, only staff.

• I do have a suggestion, of hiring helpers, or "Sages" I would love to say, that can use the help chat to answer questions for poor mice.

• Of course, any silly question-givers that give out irrelevant or spammy subjects can be reassured, warned, and finally muted.

• Every question will be directed into the help chat, so each helper can see it.

• These questions can be mainly about the game, commands, stuff like that

As a Helper, I can speak from experience what kind of crap one goes through. I've been trolled quite a lot and to be frank it's annoying. I also get questions from other languages. I feel like this will happen more if this is open to an entire server. Although the idea is great, it could really just be abused. And although this is probably kinda racist, let's face reality...a lot of Brazilians and Turks and Spanish people play on EN and don't speak any of the language. They may open the Helper chat and just spam with insults and what have you and it could just be a lot more work.
