okay
whenever the event map comes by i start fishing but after a few reels i didnt even catch anything!all i get is cheese,no event items,of course i didnt let go of the down button,but i automaticaly stopped fishing.

computer mac windows

lock this up if it exists.

i got the same problem and another one that sort of is the same problem, ill fish fine but when i see that i caught something theirs nothing above my head

it just means you caught nothing
and thats not the weird part,
since i got everything, i didnt really want to fish for anything so a shaman cannonball and i was like
"hey lemme just fish on this cannon for fun"
and when i did, i got cheese for fishing a cannon, and i was not fishing on a pond.
e_e... what socerey is this?!

I spoke with a sentinel, who in turn spoke with Sydoline; and the random interruption was supposedly not intended... but they're so bothered by it they've not done anything. :/

This has turned out to be really frustrating because I only need the fishermouse title but whenever i fish in that pond I catch absolutely nothing. No cheese, no title. It is even more frustrating since many times it takes a while to even get up there due to many shams not bothering to build or trying to kill everyone because they already have everything and "everyone has done it all already" apparently. =/

OMG I KNOW RIGHT? they dont even know the clue of how important fishing is than throwing balls at you X(

I was under the impression that you either catch an item/title or cheese, never nothing. It seems very strange to constantly get nothing in certain fishing spots. I'm more inclined to believe it is a bug since it seems to act as though there was an interruption to me fishing when there wasn't. This isn't just once in a while for me. This happens every time i fish in the 'fishermouse' spot for the entire duration of the map.

I've experienced the "Fishermouse" problem, too, and here is what I found (quoting myself from fishing event thread):

I got it there, and I've only seen others get it when they stood in that position. Those who were sitting somewhere else usually got nothing, not even cheese.

I'd indeed consider this a bug, since it should normally be possible to get the title by fishing anywhere on that pond, yet it only seems to work in one small area.

The whole map is a hot spot but if you dont fish on a lake or pond or anything you get cheese! I got cheese in the sand. :3

yeah the thing happens cuz i just automaticlly dropped my fish pole even holding down

I have tried fishing at that spot but it didn't make a diffrence. I'm still getting nothing even though my mouse quits fishing without me letting go of the key.

Yeah, I have this glitch too. I've talked to Blossum about it but she has not clue about it. I think it's like a life-time glitch. The moment you have this glitch( Not getting Fishermouse title after like 30++ times), you can't get the title anymore.

i didnt exactly fish in ground areas all i did is push-hold the down button on a LAKE and like what i said I DIDNT CATCH ANYTHING. except for cheese

i like fishing but i never caught a bug on my fishing pole

Uh... every spot has cheese, so that is actually impossible.

I've had this bug as well, and it's REALLY annoying. Nowadays, like you said, I hardly get anything from the events :( The only thing I've got out of the whole event is a hat. No titles or anything :(
