ok these are my best stories, look among the flags for different ones. Chain Reaction “You won’t get anywhere being nice.” That was the last sentence my best friend spoke to me. I had told him he was being kind of rude to me and all my friends. I had confronted him without my manners, starting with “I hate you, stupid nose-picker!” I knew it would upset him, and behold- it had worked. He was angry. Furious, in fact. He chucked out some nasty comebacks, then turned his back on me and waved. He walked away then, but before he left he spoke to me those words- the last words. And with that, he exited the tribe. He probably has forgotten all about me. After that I got way meaner, way ruder, and bossy. Right now there’s only two people in my tribe- Catic and me. “You know, you are hurting me. You hurt all of us. Tomue has been gone for years, Slatni. You HAVE to get over it…” That was Catic of course, with my daily dose of lecture. I blew up then. “WELL YA KNOW WHAT? THAT ISN’T HELPING. IT REALLY, REALLY AIN’T.” My western accent showed through, which meant trouble. I always hid my accent, unless I was really mad. Catic sighed, staring at me. “I don’t think I can help you at all now,” she muttered, and turned. I started sobbing. “Don’t leave like Tomue did! Don’t…” But she was gone. It was all me now, in the tribe Tomue and I had created. Big neon green letters sparkled out at me on the wall- our tribe name. “Toto’s Road.” It almost seemed to mock me, the gleaming words. I decided that I had to change. Tomue had broken me, now there was no one but me to repair myself. I had steeled myself when Tomue left, now I brushed the dust off my shoulders and stood from the chair I had sat in for years. My legs wobbled as I tried to find my balance. After about 30 minutes I was up and about, dusting the house. I removed the green letters and made a “For Sale” sign. I packed my bags and left, holding on to a belief that there was still hope left. I had gathered about 1000 cheese after a month, with endless hard work. Dozens of friend opportunities had came and gone, yet my friend list was empty, void of nice, kind friends to help me in my journey. But that day, I saw a familiar face in my usual room, vanilla20. Tomue. Then a lot of mice came, presumably following him. Catic… all of the tribe members. Tomue was about to go in and get a first when he saw me gaping at him. “Slatni…” he began, but I cut him off. “You ruined my life, you broke me and made me mean, you made me into a rock that wouldn’t let anyone in,” I said. “I’m so sorry,” he laughed. “But I don’t care about your stupid problems. Go annoy some other mouse.” Catic and the former tribe members overheard this. “That- that’s terrible of you,” Catic broke in. “She finally fixed herself from your departure and now you’re ready to hurt her again.” Catic looked at me sympathetically. I glared at Tomue. “You can’t always be this mean, Tom. You have to be kind to get friends.” Tomue gestured at Catic and the others. “I have minions, that’s about the same.” Catic looked uneasy, her eyes fixed on the ground. “I pay them and favo them, in return they follow me and back me up in arguments, and also they favo me in survivor,” Tomue announced. I choked, searching for words. I looked at Catic, who was slowly nodding. I put my face in my paws and started crying. Catic put her paw on my shoulder and I whimpered. “I really needed cheese…” Catic protested. “And I- I needed firsts,” said a brown mouse. I finally removed my paws and studied them. “I’m glad you guys aren’t my friends anymore.” Catic looked like a wounded puppy as I stepped back, my glare full of frosty truth. Tomue looked surprised and a bit scared that his “minions” would abandon him. “I won’t try to convince you to take us back,” Catic began sadly. “But I will not ‘serve’ this idiot anymore.” She threw a nasty look towards Tomue as she departed the room. The other mice also left, leaving only Tomue and me. “I’m really sorry,” he apologized. “It’s too late for that,” I murmured as I left. Later that day I met an amazing mouse named Gurd. He was near tears as I explained to him what happened to me in the past. Then, to my surprise, he hugged me and told me that I was his only and first friend. I was in shock. “Really?” I had asked. “Really,” he confirmed. From then on we were always gathering cheese together. One night I met another sympathetic and friendly mouse. We were like the three musketeers. We even started up a new tribe called “The Three Mousketeers.” I was happy with my new tribe, and soon it was piled with kind, thoughtful mice. Not a single mouse was rude to me. It was paradise. Soon the fishing event came and my whole tribe, including me, went to room vanilla20 to fish and find new items. It would be a great adventure! Tomue, to my surprise, was back-floating in a pond and sobbing. He explained to me that he felt so guilty for his actions, and I forgave him and let him in my tribe. Of course, he got no special treatment like in our old tribe, as I still held a bit of a grudge, even though I claimed to forgive him completely. Now, though, we are all happy, fishing and yelling and hollering, and occasionally teasing. And to think I was once a miserable mouse forever sitting in a musty old chair, being served food and water daily by Catic. I’m so glad all that’s over with. I am now a very kind mouse who works part-time in a book-store. Many mice have joined my tribe and it is now #2 in the top tribes list. Soon, I hope, we will reach #1. My second in command- or co-leader, Gurd, has been organizing fun tribe events for us all. Sadly, though, I am a very elderly mouse and am aging fast. As I write this I fear death is coming upon me. Gurd has protested and tried to convince me otherwise, but I am coming to face the fact that I’ll have to elect a new Spiritual Chief. It will be Gurd, of course, and the new co-leader will be Gurd’s decision to make. I am coughing and sputtering and I feel heavy back pains more often than usual. I have to face the truth. My death bed has been made ready for me. Today I will officially announce Gurd as my successor, and bump him up to Chief. I will then say goodbye to all of my much-loyal tribe mates and friends. We are like a family now… Hallucinations~ I gasped, looking around me, eyes wide. I whimpered and clutched my head. My friends laughed, thinking this was a joke or something. I was at my friends birthday party. Only now I wasn't. What is this? A forest of some kind? I screamed as a massive headache washed over me. I was transported to somewhere, some institution. "It's okay sweetie," soothed a doctor. I screeched as my visions flipped past, until I was too tired and confused to make sense of them. After what seemed like 5 hours, I came back to reality. I was at my friends birthday party, everyone was crowded around me with concern in their eyes. Glancing at the clock, I could see it had only been 5 minutes. I groaned, hitting my head on the floor. "What's wrong?" asked my best friend, Sal. She reached toward me, her paw trembling as if she thought I'd bite. I sighed and looked at her, tears streaming down my cheeks. "I- I had the... the hallucinations again," I whispered, then held my head again. I screamed then blacked out, a new string of visions passing by me like seconds. But for some reason one hallucination appeared more than others- a forest. Now the visions stopped, but I was stuck in this strange forest. A voice echoed, echoed into the forest. "If you die here you die there," it said gloomily. I frowned, and as I looked around I became more frightened. "How do I get out..." I muttered to myself. To my surprise the voice answered. "Be strong, be smart, and think," it echoed. The frightening forest got clearer after a while. At first the trees were blursof brown with green blobs on top. Now it was much more realistic... My mind was full of fears and worries, even though the voice had told me to be strong. I stumbled over a jutted out rock and rolled down a grassy hill. "Whoa," I murmured as I got up, wiping the grass off my jeans. My large mouse ears wriggled a bit as I tried to hear something- anything. Then I heard a growl, then a roar. I stared at the dragon before me. It wasn't huge, like a fairytale dragon, nor small and cute. It was average. This dragon was black, which long whiskers and a spiked tail. It had a spiky mohawk that was a navy blue color, and it was about the size of me. "Um, hi," I squeaked nervously, approaching the beast slowly. "Hey," said the dragon, wagging it's tail. "So... you aren't a mean dragon, are you?" I asked, fiddling with my paws as I halted in front of the beast. "Nope," it stated plainly, licking it's scaly clawed hand. I tilted my head. "Want to be friends?" I asked, figuring why not make some friends while I'm here? "Guess so," replied the dragon, avoiding my gaze. I know a way to get him to smile... I tackled him and we rolled all over the fields. I tickled his scaly arms and he burst out laughing. He pushed me away and clutched his sides, still giggling like a madman. "Listen mouse... that was smart of you," the dragon said, giggling. "So I'll give you my name." I perked up, grinning at him. He snorted, smoke flaring from his nostrils. I tapped my paw on the grass. "Gerald," he said, then we both burst out into laughter. I cleared my throat and tried not to start up with the chuckles again. "Great name," I said. "But what's yours?" inquired the dragon curiously, laying on his back in the grass. I laid next to him. "my name is Soda," I told him. Again we started laughing. The whole rest of the day was just us, exhanging funny moments as we lay there in the grass. Finally it seemed to get dark. "I have a very nicely furnished cave that fits two," he suggested, smiling. I nodded and followed him. Soon we reached a cave entrance. "Voila," he said, motioning for me to go in. Inside the cave was a well-lit area of living space. It was beautiful. Scarlet colored curtains covered holes in the cave wall, and there was even a TV! There were 2 blue beds and the rug was a nice aqua color. A curtain covered the entrance to the bathroom. I hopped in bed and grinned at him. "Thanks," I said, before curling up and almost instantly going to sleep. MICER GAMES ~CHAPTER ONE~ "Today 24 mice will be chosen to compete in the Micer Games," boomed the fancy tiger-furred mouse. I gulped, nervously twiddling my thumbs. "Don't be me don't be me don't be me," I pleaded quietly. The fancy mouse smirked and seemed to look right through me. I brushed my brown hair out of my eyes and stared at the bowl full of names. The tiger-mouse moved her gaze from me and I let out a big sigh. I stared as she twirled around and smiled before neatly putting her paw into the bowl. She removed a perfectly cut slip of white paper and read the name. "Akbennyboy," she said, her voice seeming to echo in my head. 'Ak?' I though as he trudged mournfully up to the stage. But- but Ak is my best friend... I suddenly got a burst of courage. "I VOLUNTEER!" I yelled, stepping forward. I swept my hair away from my eyes, it always fell there naturally. "Ooo," spoke the fancy mouse. "It's not ever day you see a volunteeeeerr," she said with a grin and a flip of her bright pink hair. The way she said the word volunteer made my skin crawl. Now everyone's eyes were on me. "I will replace Akbennyboy," I said, loud and firm. Ak started to protest but he was interrupted by the fashionista. "hahahaha," she chuckled. "Very well." She shoved Ak off the stage. I ran to catch him. "You don't have to do this, Pea," he muttered, looking at me with sleep-deprived eyes. "I will do this for you," I replied. I set him on his feet, and grabbed his shoulders. "Be proud," I said, and turned him around. I then walked up to the stage. My bravery from before was faltering. "And what's your name, sweetie," asked the mouse. "I'm Peashaman," I stated plainly. "Nice to meet you," the mouse said sweetly. "I'm Chic." I looked away from her greedy eyes and stared into the crowd, wondering who the next poor victim would be, hoping it wouldn't be any of my closest friends or family. I head a ruffling sound as Chic drew her hand from the bowl. I glanced at the name before she said it. ~CHAPTER TWO~ It was Ruby. i had seen her around town, encouraging poor mice to try and, well, live. She always hung around the butterfly fields, which I had thought was a strange hobby. She never caught them, just watched them fly. She ran her paw through her purple-pinkish hair as she jogged up to the stage. Even though this was a terrible thing, being picked to be in the Micer games, she treated it like a free trip to paradise. I had noticed that- how she was always up and about, happy and with a big toothy grin. Her teeth were perfectly white, not a speck of brown, or a piece of corn wedged in. That kinda frustrated me, how she always seemed to be so perfect. Even though she was acting all happy, I could see misery in her eyes. I followed her gaze to a grown mouse similiar to her, with purple hair. She was waving and wiping a tear at the same time. It must be her mom... I smiled half-heartedly at her, feeling bad. She must be really sad to leave her family behind. I was too of course, but I had a pretty dull life. Hunt, kill, eat, sleep. This girl actually had a pretty exciting life. One thing I liked about her was the way she savoured every second. I had drifted into a sort of day dream, and the girl, Ruby, nudged me. "Move," she muttered, sadness etched in her voice. I shook my head, clearing my thoughts. "huh?" I murmured, turning around. "Just follow Chic," Ruby whispered. I nodded a thank you at her and turned to follow Chic off the stage. "Where are we going?" I asked worriedly. "I just said, we're going to the train station," snapped Chic, grabbing our paws tightly and fast-walking to the nearby station. "When we get to the city, smile and wave, alright?" Chic said, shoving us up the train steps. All of this was so sudden and hurried. "O-okay," I whimpered, picking a seat in the middle. Ruby sat next to me. When I noticed her, I wiped my tears away. I guess it was sad after all, leaving home, heading to my probable death. Ruby leaned over, close to my ear. "We should team up in the Games, so we don't get killed as quick," she suggested softly. I nodded slowly. "Sounds good," I said plainly. There was silence for the rest of the ride. ~CHAPTER THREE~ After a long train ride we were finally at the city. After a long carriage ride we reached a tall, shiny white building. When we got inside I gasped, as did Ruby. A dinner table had been made ready for us, the amount of food for a whole town stacked upon it. I almost ran to it, but I stopped myself, remembering my manners. Then I laid my eyes upon a gorgeous Cheese Pie. It was a golden color, with some holes in it. "wow," I said finally, looking away from the table and instead at Chic. "Eat all you like," she winked. "Training tomorrow." I gulped at that. Training? What training? I sighed and with less enthusiasm than before, went on to chow down on some food. After I was full, I stashed some cheese bits in my jacket pocket before climbing the stairs to my bedroom. I glanced at the card Chic had given me. "Room 55" it read. This would be a longggg walk. The next day we were escorted into a huge room with complicated training structures. There was a simple wall-jumping structure, but from there it got harder. There was a corner jumping procedure over lava, and so forth. Other tributes were easily manuevering through the obstacles. Chic pushed us in a shut the heavy door, bolting it behind her. I trudged up to a wall-jumping station, which a very young mouse was having trouble completing. Looking around to make sure the guards weren't noticing, I gave her a push to the top. Ruby appeared behind me. "We cant help them," she said sternly. I turned, surprised at her sudden arrival. "I-I..." I trailed off, staring at her with a frown. "It's okay," she squeaked, patting my shoulder. "I won't tell." I smiled at her before quickly wall-jumping up the stone wall. I then slid down an icy slide and skidded to a halt at another station. "Tarzan" is what the battered-up sign next to it said. I gulped, taking a nervous look at the TA's (Turn-Arounds) before me. An amazingly fast mouse with white fur and blonde hair was making quick work of the course. I have to say, i was very impressed by the mouse's speed. "Wow, great job!" I yelled to her. I saw her visible shudder and almost fall into the pit of water containing robotic sharks. "u-uhh th-thank you.." she called back faintly, almost in a whisper. Must be shy, I thought, stepping up to the plate. I completed the course after a long while, certainly not as fast as that other mouse, but good enough. "My-my name is u-um, Flutter," stated the white-furred mouse, adjusting her glasses nervously. "You're very fast," I squeaked, sticking out my paw. She slowly put her paw out and we shook. Now that she was closer, I could see a blue tint in her curly hair. A silver-chained blue heart hung from her tail. "I-uh, like your tail item," I said, trying to break the awkward silence. "Th-thanks," she stammered, nodding and grinning. "So-uh, wh-what's your best skill?" she asked, her eyes blinking curiously at me. "Oh, I dunno," I replied. "Nothing, really." "Oh," she murmured, twirling a lock of hair around her paw. "My best is the TA course..." she said shyly. I was about to respond when a group of rowdy teenaged mice headed towards us. "Hey, skinny bones," one called to Flutter. She hid her face in her paws with a whimper. "Do you bully this innocent mouse?" I asked loudly, taking a brave step towards the trouble-makers. The leader stepped out and chuckled. "Why yes, and we've found another skinny one to bully too," I did a front flip towards him and double-kicked him in the chin, knocking him back. I flipped my hair back and panted, shooting him a nasty glare. He rubbed his sore chin and stared at me in amazement. Then one of his pals approached me. "Ha, your good at flips but can you do this?" With amazing speed he twirled around, becoming a sort of mouse tornado. He slowly spun towards me, punches and kicks flying out at random. I laughed and stuck out my foot, tripping him. He shook his head and dizzily got to his feet. "Fine, you won this time, skinny, but we'll get you in the Games," he threatened, walking off with the help of his gang. "I bet that's your skill, fighting." That was Flutter, grinning at me. "I bet," I replied, smiling back. Just then Ruby came over. "Hey, want to do the three-legged alligator hop with me?" she inquired, ignoring Flutter, who was hiding behind me. "Sure," I answered. I turned. "See ya, Flutter," I said before jogging off towards the course. "See ya," she called faintly. |

New story, "Don't go, my friend" She walked up to me, her blonde hair falling over her shoulders. "H-hi," she stuttered. "Uh who are you?" I asked, tucking a stray brown curl behind my massive mouse ears. "I'm Kia," she muttered, looking to the right of my head. I approached her slowly. "We're, um, in class together," she mumbled, looking at my eyes. "Cool," I said, then grabbed her paw. Her eyes widened and I led her to the lockers. "Just-uh, wanted to show you here, I know everyone but you, so you must be new," I squeaked. "Right," she replied, heading off to her locker. "Wait..." I called out. "What?" she asked, turning quickly. "We can be friends, if you want," I said. "Thanks," she said shyly. "Bu-but I never caught your n-name?" she asked nervously, looking at me hopefully. "I'm Rinnio, but everyone calls me Ri," I spoke, grinning. Kia nodded, but suddenly the bell for class rang. "Bye," She yelled. "See ya!" Later that day as school was ending we bumped into eachother. "Make any friends?" I asked, accidentally sounding a bit jealous. "Nope, just you," was all she said before fast-walking down the steps. "Wait!" I shouted. She turned around with a smile. "Yeah?" "Why are you leaving so fast?" I walked towards her cautiously. Was Kia mad at me for some reason? "Oh, sorry. I'm not used t-to talking to fr-friends after school.." She blinked at me nervously. "You don't have to be afraid of me, I don't bite," I chuckled. She laughed along with me as I walked her home. "Thank you for u-um, being my friend," she said, her tail waving a goodbye as she spun around. "Your welcome," I called with a grin. ------8 Years Later------- Kia groaned as I shook her. "Wake up," I said loudly, glancing again at the clock. "We'll be late for class." (Kia and I shared a dorm now, in Mouse University..) Kia smiled at me. "Fine..." she muttered, kicking her blanket off and getting up. "So, are you going to wear your pink shirt today?" she laughed. (Earlier that week we had gone to a party and I had spilt punch on my white top.) "No, silly," I called as I entered the bathroom, pulling on a pretty blue t-shirt. When we were both dressed, we left the room together to head to class. Suddenly a large "BANG!" erupted from down the hall. "What the heck?" I said, my big ears wiggling in confusion. She put her paw on my shoulder, and I could feel her paw shake. "It's probably those rats Will and Conu, breaking things again, don't worry," I reassured her. Suddenly a plump and very tall black mouse marched down the hall. In it's fisted paw it held a black gun. I gulped as it aimed it at us. He shot, hitting my ear. "Whoa!" Kia yelled. She knocked me back into the room and started to follow right as the black mouse shot. "Ri!" she screamed, falling. "Kia???!!!" I screeched, moving towards the limp brown mouse. My huge ears bent over in sorrow as I noticed blood streaming from her chest. She opened one eye and looked at me. "Bye, best friend," she whimpered. "Don't go, Kia," I sobbed. "Goodbye." Then she was gone. ____ But that all happened 15 years ago. I'm a graduate now, with a family and a pretty good job. Every once in a while I thought of that day, but mostly I'd gotten over it. I had lots of new friends now, too. Kia would be proud of me for this. ____ "Tell me the sad story about your first best friend again!" begged the young mouse, her ears waggling in excitement. "Ok, ok," I gave in. She gnawed on her tail and grinned. "Papa told you to stop chewing your tail, now stop," I warned. She reluctantly moved her tail from her teeth. "Here, gnaw this," I said, pulling a piece of hard-earned cheese from my pocket. "Thanks," she said as she took the cheese, smiling. Yes, Kia would be very proud. THE END |

"Save The Day, or Maybe Melt Away" I strutted through the dank, dark streets, my mousey eyes flashing fearfully. I clutched my girlfriend's paw, and smiled at her, a tear slipping down my cheek. I blinked and she was gone. My paw was grasping air... nothing. I gulped and moved on, my heart hardened. I had to accept that she was gone. And he had murdered her. Mouskillz.... I repeated the name in my head as I purposefully walked towards my destination, his lair. His lair was a simple stone structure in map 97. My eyes glinted black from the moons light. _______________ short chapter Next chapter: I kicked down the wooden door. Mouskillz stood, a gun aimed at my head. "I know you won't shoot," I cautioned, raising my fist and smirking. "Wh-why are you seeking vengeance against me?" he asked nervously, his gun-paw trembling in fear. His large white mouse-ears shook. "For her," I squeaked simply. Then I spun, whacking my tail against his face. The leathery skin stung him, and he stumbled backwards, dropping the gun. He pointed at me accusingly. "You shouldn't do this," he threatened. "You'll get put in jail." "Only," I said, punching him. "If I get caught." I whipped a sword out from my black leather belt, which had a convenient sheath built in. I swung it, aiming for his neck, but he ducked and instead I sliced air. Grrr. This guy was getting on my nerves. His weasly nose sniffed as if hurt. "I didn't think you would stoop so low," he smirked, spitting on my hind-paw. My tail thrashed angrily in response and I advanced closer, my sword at the ready. "Just because your friend died, eh?" he asked, smiling now, a cold smile. "Girl," I panted, swinging my sword again. "Friend," I finished, slashing his head right off. I grinned in victory, sheathing my blood-tipped sword. I turned and silently walked out, a righteous swing to my hips. I had gotten my revenge. A tear welled in my eye. But revenge wasn't enough. If only I could raise my poor mouse-friend from the grave. I halted in my tracks. Maybe... If demonic killers existed, maybe magic did too. I spun around and smiled. I would search everywhere and torture everyone until I got my resurection spell. Mouseykinz was worth it. She always was. I blinked the tear away and moved on. |

"Hey" called Meg, my friend. "Hi, have you heard that spell has been cast where everyone is singing??" I asked. "Really?" she asked incredulously. "Yeah, I-" I broke off and stared at her, horrified, as I was forced to sing. "Hey, i've been punchin' kids, buying smokes, I been thinkin' bout some guys at school, now im stuck with youuuu, im petrifiiiied, what do i say now? I never know whaaaat to do, i always rehearse what to say now, i always wonder if im riiiight. But why am i singing to you right now? Why is this song so lame and fast-paced? I always know that your, just, puttin' on a show, pretending to be nice. I know your puttin' on a puppet play, pretending it is 'be nice' day. But I know that your just puttin' on a showwww, just playin' a little playyyy." I gulped as the song ended. "Wow, I see now," Meg said coldly, then walked away. I burst out laughing as she walked away. She turned to glare as I covered my mouth. She just shot daggers from her eyes and then walked off. "No more seein' Meg, then sweetie?" asked Mom. I chuckled. "No more Meg." _____ Just a quick little skit lol |

Next chapter for "Save the Day or Maybe Melt Away" "Give me the spell," I snarled, my paw gripped on the collar of the wrinkly-faced shop-owner. His eyes turned red suddenly and he turned into a cat. "Get away," the cat meowed. "The spell you want is forbidden." Memories flashed in my head of Mouseykinz and me, happily sipping coffee and chatting about our day. Then she'd lean over and say: "You were the best part of my day." I cringed and tried not to let a tear slip out. I shakily unsheathed my curved blade. "Give me it, now," I demanded, glaring up at the tabby's face. It had a mousey nose and abnormally large ears, like mice should have. 'Must be a spell,' I thought. 'Or he's a demon...' The cat growled but flattened its ears and turned back into a mouse. "Fine," the shop-keeper gave in. "I'll help you, but it's a very long process and there are many steps and journeys." "I'll do whatever it takes," I mumbled, sheathing my dagger. The owner explained it to me, and gave me a spell-book and some herbs. "Good luck," he muttered. Before I left, he called out. "Wait!" "Yeah?" I asked. "D-don't tell anyone I helped you," he said, scratching his head nervously as his eyes went to where my blade was sheathed. "Don't worry," I replied, my eyes glinting. "They'll never know." I left the shop, sheathing my blood-stained dagger. "That was a quick kill," I muttered to myself. "OoOoOoO," called an eerie voice. "Whoa, what's that?" I asked, taking my blade out again. A ghost looking like Mouseykinz appeared in front of me. "Don't ressurect me," she said, her voice all echoey. "I have to," I answered, trying not to cry. "No, you have to move on. I am happy in heaven," she said. I saw her bend over and pluck something from the invisible ground. Soon the thing she was holding became visible. A rose. "Take this, and remember," she boomed, before disappearing. The flower dropped to the sidewalk and I leaned over, picking it up delicately. "Hmm," I said out-loud, wondering if the ghost was really Mouseykinz. I pocketed the flower and moved on. I had to resurrect her, whether she wanted me to or not. I gulped, wondering what she'd say when she came back. I pushed the thought from my head and walked to Room Airline78. I had to catch a flight... to the desert. |

Next chapter for "Save the Day or Maybe Melt Away" I sat uncomfortably in the small seat. The adult size seats had been sold out so I had been forced to sit in this wretched youngster seat. A tiny mouse with a long snout poked me from behind. I ignored him and he continued this until we arrived at the desert. "Hey, you," I snarled, grabbing the grey, long-snouted, young mouse by the arm. "W-what?" he stammered, his guilty eyes staring up at me. "I need your help," I replied smoothly, running in an eastward direction, the young mouse in tow. My black cape billowed out behind me as we sprinted. Soon we came to a stop, panting, our paws on our knees. "What do you want?" the kid inquired, eyeing my many sword sheathes with an eyebrow raised. "Help me find Rocky Cavern," I demanded, grasping his fragile paw and pulling him along. He pulled his paw away, rubbing it with a mumble of 'ouch'. "Fine, but anyway how'd you know I live here?" he asked as we continued on our path, him pointing in a random direction every once in a while. "Egyptians are annoying," I replied, lying. I had mearly guessed the rat knew where to go, hoping to be lucky. "Wow, you're good..." the mouse said blankly. I don't think he even heard that I insulted him, he was deeply concentrated with the task at hand. Soon a lone mountain came into view, a small cave entrance visible. The mouse halted and pointed at it. "Oh, you're going with me," I chuckled, grabbing his paw firmly and leading him up to the cavern. "You, go in first," I commanded, shoving him inside. I heard him stumble and trip, a few rocks scattering. "All clear...?" he said in confusion. It was dark in the cave, so we could barely see. I sat on a flat bouldere at the back of the dank cavern and took various herbs out of my pack. I assembled them in a circle, carefully counting and precisely measuring with a faded ruler. The young mouse surprisingly didn't attempt to make a run for it, he was staring at the herbs in awe. "Magic," he muttered. I just nodded slightly, taking out the spell book. I chanted the words uncertainly, and the circle of herbs seemed to glow and radiate heat. "Rise," I finished, looking expectantly at the herbs. I checked the book again, nodding and whisperng aloud to myself. Everything was exactly right. I gaped and stumbled sideways towards the youngster as ears emerged from the rocky ground. Soon a full-bodied mouse was hovering above the ground. The pale mouse dropped and I raced to Mouseykinz's side, murmuring to her and taking out a water bottle and a box of Cheese Nibbles. The mouse was confused and unsure of her surroundings. "W-where am I??" she questioned. "You're back on Earth," I whispered soothingly, patting the female mouse's brown curly locks that fell delicately from her head. Mouseykinz was back. ______ The End. What happens afterwards: Mouseykinz reveals that she was happy in heaven and is mad at her girlfriend for a while, but eventually she forgives her and they adopt the young grey mouse who they find out is a foster kid. At their wedding many old friends came and the two wives re-connect with lost buddies with promises and phone numbers. They die much later of old age, a month after their adopted son gets married to a beautiful mouse with rainbow-colored hair. They have two daughters and live happily ever after... |

"You Broke Me" by Peashaman~ A Poem. "A broken heart I cannot sway, I am so sad to say that I just can't stay; my feelings for you are beyond compare, seeing you with another is none too rare, yet I find myself in too deep a despair; I must leave before I unleash my care for you; I'm sorry to break away, another way and I would stay another day; yet how you look at your new partner grieves me so; I am in love, or was, and the heart I had was meant to be broken; someday you'll come to me and seek forgiveness, all i'll say is Stay Away, for I cannot bear to sway and let you mend me; I cannot bend to those wistful eyes; the glintful glamour that hurt me so, the stare that made me swoon like a crow; so please, allow me to go. Please, dont come looking." ________________________________________________ "You'll Never Know" "The stubborn eye may say that I can't tell a lie; yet when you asked if I was in love I declined; my heart will forever belong to you, and yet you'll never ever know how it ever came to be so; how I found a gal like you, a person who makes me swoon and my heart woo, I can never ever know and it'll always be so; I don't know why and for that I'm in woe; how I'll never ever know how this ever came to be so; my love for you, a great and powerful thing, I don't know I have a reckoning that you'll just pass me by; no love or anything there in sight; you'll never ever know how I feel tonight..." |

"Chaos" Chapter 1: 'My Middle Name' "My middle name is destruction, yeah yeah yeah, destruction, yeah I said it!" sang the scruffy rat as he scampered about, holding up his freeze-ray and turning mice to frozen blocks of ice. Then a beautiful mouse stepped from nowhere. What Dr. Chaos failed to notice was the flamethrower gun holstered at her belt. He glanced at her and lowered his freeze-ray. "Hello, like all the chaos and havock I'm wreaking?" he said, having rehearsed that line in the mirror several times. The she-mouse took out a large piece of cheese, popped it in her mouth, then like a blur she un-holstered the gun and held the trigger, spitting flames at the Doctor. He yelped as it caught his lab coat on fire, and he quickly wiped it off on the dank road. "I'll see you next time, fire girl," he chuckled, assuming a ninja-like stance and pressing a button on his 'watch'. The she-mouse growled to herself as she watched the Doctor teleport away. He did a salute to her as he faded. "I'll get him next time," she sighed as she approached the frozen citizens, using her flamethrower gun to melt the ice. Soon all the mice were un-frozen, but she knew that this would continue to happen if she let Dr. Chaos get away with it. She buttoned up her grassy green cardigan and stomped off to her own secret lair, complaining to herself about the newfound cold. |

bump~ "Chaos" Chapter 2: 'Dancing In Danger' Dr. Chaos checked his calculations once more, one paw held on his aching head. All this math was making him dizzy. He quickly set down the notepad of confusing numbers and scampered towards his unfinished Hell-Gun. He set the paw that was on his head down onto the handle of the gun. It was made to look like a regular and small gun, however when triggered a bullet spat out and in 2 seconds it transformed into a giant purplish portal to the Hell Dimension, where naughty and evil mice were sent after death to be enslaved in the firey pits. 2 seconds was just enough time to hit another mouse if it was close enough and sent out fast. Hopefully Dr. Chaos would be in the right spot when he aimed it at Fiera, the she-mouse he'd encountered on his late-night destruction call. He snickered as he thought of the mouse's expression as the portal opened around her and swallowed her in. The horror and pain she'd face in the realm of the dead. Fiera, Dr. Chaos' long time enemy, wouldn't last a day in Hell. He recalled his first meeting with the superhero, 8 years ago when he was 7 years old. ____ "Moooom!" I yelled, my scruffy brown hair flipping upwards as I raced down the stairs, my backback loosely slung on one shoulder, checking my watch as I stumbled. Of course my clumsiness got the better of me and my untied sneakers, and I tripped and fell. Luckily I had time to swing my backpack in front of my face, creating a pillow, but unfortunately also a mini-sled. I slid down the remaining steps, wincing as I heard my lunch flatten and my bag of chips crumbling. I groaned as I got up, dusting my hawaiian shorts and my plain red polo off. My dark brown tanned tail stuck out of a small hole in my shorts, and i checked it for injuries. My tail hadn't been hurt, lucky for me. My curious blue eyes flitted around the room until I located my mom,who was tapping her foot impatiently by the door, holding a piece of toast in one paw and pointing outside with the other. "Tom, the bus has been here for 5 minutes!" Mom said through gritted teeth. I nodded at her, grabbed the toast from her paw, and ran out the door, my right paw clutching a strap of my backpack. But before I had a chance to even acknoledge the bus, a sneaky paw stuck out and grabbed the collar of my shirt, yanking me back. I yelped in surprise, dropping my toast as well. The unknown mouse dragged me for about what seemed like 30 minutes, then stopped. I groggily shook the mouses paw away from me, grumbling. "I'm Fiera," the she-mouse whispered in a smooth, pretty voice. I turned and looked the tan mouse up and down. She appeared to be 10 years of age, because she was a bit taller than me. I glanced at her shirt, which was a black t-shirt. She was wearing dark-colored jeans and her blonde hair was tied back in a pony-tail, exposing her larger-than-life mouse ears. I gasped at the sight of them, they were the biggest ears I'd rver seen on a mouse! Fiera seemed to notice me gaping, and quickly reached her paw behind her head and took out the hairband, letting her waist-long hair drop down. "You have been selected to be a future agent of the Superhero League," she said formally. I laughed and then noticed a bulge in her jean pocket, then my eyes went to the handle sticking out. It was a gun. "Are you serious?" I asked cautiously, forcing myself to look at her in the eyes. "Very," she chuckled, gazing at me with a humourous glint in her eyes. "There is a super-hero league, and a force called Bad Evil League." I giggled a little at the name, shaking my head in disbelief. "It can't be real." The she-mouse's expression reverted to a serious look. "There are some with super-powers in our league, but most of us aren't born to be a hero. Most of us are chosen, normal kids, to train and prepare to fight evil forces." I listened intently as she spoke, and when she finished I grinned. "Sure, I'd love to j-" I was cut off by a glove-clad paw sliding over my mouth. I squeaked loudly, but the black glove tightened its hold and held me against their chest. I heard a deep voice speak. "Tom Victerio, you are being forced into the league of Bad Evil, if you resist us you will face terrible consequences, including maiming, severe blood loss from your stomach, and possibly death," boomed the scary tone. Fiera was staring at him, but then looked down to me, and we locked eyes. "Remember me," she said solemly, before performing a neat backflip onto a hoverboard I hadn't noticed before. She did a small, sad wave to me before shooting off, feet straps automatically coming up out of the board mid-flight. __ What do you want your name to be?" my kidnapper asked as he showed me to my seat on the slick private jet. "Tom," I answered gravely, glaring at the tall, muscular mouse. He had a black, shiny shirt on that stuck to his body, as well as tight black pants. On his head was a football helmet, except jet black In color, and two little holes in the top, where deep red-colored horns stuck out. All in all, one shady guy. Now that he was in full view, he looked less threatening. His face, or what you could see of it, was smooth and green in color. He had narrow, red, lizard-like eyes that made you look away if he was looking at you. "I mean your evil name," he snarled. He planted his gloved paw firmly on my knee. He stared at me, awaiting a response. When I didn't give a reply, he tightened his grip more and more, almost threatening to break my leg bones. I squeaked a little in pain, then quickly shouted: "Dr. Cha- Chaos!" He let go with a creepy smile that chilled me to the bone. "Welcome, Dr. Chaos, I'm Death Wish, official leader of the Bad Evil League." ___________________________________________________________________________- |
