Yes, I know there's a thread about it pinned, but seriously why is nothing being done about it?
Even the auto reset thing doesn't work, it's been 40 minutes, and it's still broken.
I mean, there' sbeen no news of any patch for it, and it's a massive glitch.

The Community Platform takes some time to fix, be patient and it'll be done before you know it.

yes, but the point is, they should at least say that in the post they made. They said approximately seven minutes. it has been a little more than 7 minutes

Well, I might know why. The Community Platform is very buggy (as far as I know...), so the cause of the late-fix might be the Platform's fault, and sometimes the staff works hard on fixing the Platform to the correct state, so alittle patience will help sometimes.

They said if it's not fixed within 7 minutes, the admins will be forced to do it themselves. However, as the admins are currently enjoying the honey heavy dew of slumber, it won't be fixed for approximately another 8 - 10 hours.

then why don't they implement an automatic reset every so often

They have, but if it fails. it has to be manually reset, which is what happened. It wont be up anytime soon as It is just after 1 am in France.

So... you mean that the Platform is gonna be sitting about 8 - 10 hours... Broken.? Man, that's just wrong. Normaly the Platform will be fixed in about 10 minutes, most people told me that the Community Platform will be fixed when the server gives out it's message; "The server will restart in 2 minutes.". Isn't that how you fix it....?

From what I know it is fixed, it just requires a restart every so often just like the servers itself.

Sometimes it fixes itself, other times it doesn't. I don't know why though. So the server will need to be restarted manually. However, unless they wake up to restart the server after being alerted the Community Platform is down, it won't be fixed for another 8-10 hours.
Don't lose hope though, there were occasions when admins have been up at this time of night to restart the server.

Well, it's not really 3 months to fix it. The server is probably being a goof up. (Inaccurate I guess... I will check with a special person to help me out.)

The bug has been around for over three months.
