I always find it difficult to have a proper ranking system in a tribe because you can't define the requirements for a rank up. Sure, you could write them in the Greeting Message but then it gets cluttered with information, becomes too long and as a result; people don't read it. If we could have descriptions for each Rank in a Tribe then you could fill it with the requirements to achieve that rank and that will allow for much more organization (no keeping track on a notepad!). Then when people ask you for a rank you can just tell them to refer to the Rank description for their next rank.
