DISCLAIMER: Before you lock this thread, this is an idea for trading clothing and selling clothing ONLY. This isn't about exchanging fraises for cheese(or maps for that matter if you don't like that either). This is about exchanging shop goods ONLY. Plus, unlike other thread suggestions, this idea (I BELIEVE) makes trading fair and equal so you don't get less or more value from a traded item. [This message was brought to you by the paranoid mouse who created this thread] SELLING ITEMS I'm trying to get the zebra fur using only cheese, and I realised that most of the shop Items I bought I don't even use anymore. So, to help get more cheese, I think we should have the privilege to sell your own shop items for the same or less amount of cheese. That way, you can clear your closet of unnessecary hats that you bought a long time ago, and gives you cheese to buy other things that you want. How it would work is that when you look at the clothes you already have, there is a "sell" icon, telling you how much it will sell for and asking to confirm. Then, you get that amount of cheese in return and the clothing is sent back to the shop. Sorta like a refund. TRADING ITEMS If any of you have played Animal Jam, you'll know about trading. Except in transformice, you can only trade if the two items(or a bunch of cheap items stacked together to equal a rare item) are of equal value, so you don't get scammed. Then, you can choose if you want to make the trade. That way, you can get cool things that the other mouse had in exchange for the old boring stuff you had that might interest the other mouse. Like in Animal Jam, you'll have a trade list of things you want to trade away. A mouse can do "/trade Trufflemeep"(or whatever name) and then bring up the trade list. Under the trade list is a space where you can browse your items and put them in slots. Then you click "trade" The other mouse on the recieving end gets the item that the other mouse wants and the item/items that they are willing to trade in exchange. After careful consideration, you can click "decline" or "accept". If you click decline it will tell the mouse wanting to trade. If you click accept an exchange will be made and you will get the item/items in your inventory (or mailbox, or Fedex box, or Ups box or whatever you want to code) and can now use them. TRADING/SELLING MAPS Unless you guys want to. Go discuss that yourself since I don't really mind which way it goes. Thankyou for reading that block of text. |

/No Support Trading was denied by the admins, as Kattiej said. Plus, selling your items would be unfair. You could sell your fur, get a new fur, then sell that fur, and go back to your old fur, etc.. |

Yah but it only denied the trading of cheese and fraises. So it thought it would be ok to trade clothing Trading worked fine for Animal Jam;YOu only trade items Read the disclaimer. Flufferbug a dit : Not really. When you sell the fur you get the same value of cheese that you bought it for. So lets say I bought a white fur. Then I sold it. I couldn't then get a leapord fur since that has higher value. But lets say I could then just get a black fur, get bored of it and then sell it and get a white fur. Nothing really wrong with that, since anyone could do it. Plus, you could have the item actually sell for LESS, so that people can't overtake the system, yet still get a bit of refund money. If I bought a white fur, then sold it, lets say you get a refund of 2500(cause it costs 3000). Can't get a black fur so I get a brown fur. Then sell that and get 750 cheese in refund(since it costs 1000). Now I can't get any fur. So I buy three my little pony hairdos, each 200 cheese. Then you sell them all, so you get 450 cheese. And so on. That way, you steadily lose cheese if you buy too much careless stuff. Also, don't criticize the math. I did this off the top of my head. You can whip out a calculator and figure out a fair price if you want to. |

Mikusuki a dit : Because, lets say, you bought an applejack hairdo early in the game because you wanted to put something on your mouse while you store up cheese for something else. Then, in 3 years you realise that you don't even use that hairdo anymore. However, you absolutely must have the rarity hairdo. And then you find out your friend has a rarity hairdo that she hates and wants to get rid of, but she wants an applejack hairdo. So, you guys trade, and you're both happy. And since you guys all keep reminding me that trading and selling is BANNED, Maybe just POSSIBLY they will be willing to insert selling OR trading. I'm just spurting out ideas. The mice can change it if they want. I just desperately need a way to refund cheese, one way or another. [I'm forum whining, because this needs to be implemented. Don't judge me.] |
