I don't know how to make art maps and really do want to make one. I've heard of the Viprin's Drawing Editor but I don't know how to use it and where to find it or as a whole, what is it. I would like a written tutorial about art maps and how to make them, not a video tutorial as my computer is slower than usual.

and haven't understood a bit of it and I'm not really at all familiar with the Map Editor, only made a few maps with TFM grounds and I really hope someone would help me out.

Use this website, draw there, press save/load, generate XML, paste it to TFM map editor (save/load/test), press load, make at least one ground and there is your art :)
