Just a side note, remember admins and staff are VERY busy (and unless it's a mod I suppose, even though it still isn't right) PM'ing them constantly ingame isn't very nice, and would probably tire them. The most formal way is, of course, listed above.
Just wanted you to know that since I'm sure you want the most EFFECTIVE way of contacting staff, hehe!

You can do /mod in game to see what mods are online. If they're whispers are open you can contact them there. IRC webchat is also an acceptable way to contact a mod. As Imma said I wouldn't get your hopes up on contacting and admin since they do have a lot to deal with as far as the game goes already. The transformice contact form is for more serious issues that you need addressed, so don't expect a response (at least I wouldn't expect one) on that unless it actually is something only an admin should deal with.

Oh,and i tried IRC.

If it's something very important I do believe they have an email. But they might not recieve/pay attention to it any time soon as they are busy with their main jobs.
