You can't truly be hacked. You must've had a simple password or given it away. Not having an e-mail doesn't help either. You'll have to send a contact with as much information as possible to prove the account is yours. |

Haruhitastic a dit : On the contrary I bet it's possible to get hacked. Admins just tell people that to feel secure. |

Ownedbiatch a dit : It is not at all possible to be hacked on this game with the encryption of the databases. Any hacker who could crack through the database isn't going to waste their time on a game that looks like it's for kids and that holds no account information. Dernière modification le 1408324620000 |

Haruhitastic a dit : Anything is possible, and while you're right that no one would waste their time, if there was a professional enough hacker then it would be possible. |

Ownedbiatch a dit : Of course anything is possible, but the only ways that you would've been hacked in Transformice is if you had a keylogger on your computer (in which case you should immediately install anti-virus and anti-malware software for your own safety), you were brute force attacked (trying every possible password combination (such as aa, ab, ac, ad, etc.) which can take years and years even with extremely powerful systems), if your password was extremely weak ("password", "123456", etc. are not strong passwords at all) or someone hacked into the database that Atelier 801 SARL maintains with your account details, which in most cases is breaking international law and anyone prepared to do that wouldn't simply break into someone's account on a mouse game. Sydoline wrote a wonderful post in the Announcements board that I strongly recommend you read through for future reference. How to protect your account? Unfortunately there's nothing anyone on the forums can do to help you, everything that can be said has already been discussed. |

Hello there, I am very sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, as Haruhitastic stated, with the current system, it is not actually possible for TFM users to 'hack' an account and it seems like your account was not secure enough. I recommend you read through this guideline explaining how you as a user can protect your account. http://www.transformice.com/protect-your-account/index.php Haruhitastic a dit : As explained above. Please, do send the contact form to admins so they can help you out. Good luck! e: ;_; |
