I'm not very good at bootcamps, but I've completed a few. None of them have counted on my profile yet and it's really ticking me off. I even took screenshots of the one that I completed more than once, and yet it never counted.




is there any way to resolve this issue? I've heard more than a few people have it, actually.

You need 5 people in a Room for it to count as a bootcamp, but there was only 2 where u were

I actually just completed a bootcamp where there were about 6 people in the room, but that one didn't count either....

Was it the first time you completed it after entering the room? (ie, you entered room, map was playing, you completed it)

More than 5 people in room, and if you came in the room when map started do 2 to get 1 then do 1 get 1.

For 'bootcamps' to count, there must be 5 people in a room. But they must all have a different IP adress. For instance, if you and your friends played TFM at your school, and went to a bootcamp alone with each other, it won't count because you'll all have the same IP adress.

No need to beat that dead horse, they get it already,

The first bootcamp you complete in a room doesn't count (to prevent room hopping). You need 5+ people in the room for a bootcamp map to count. Bootcamp stats don't count in any module rooms (starting with # with a script running) or on any maps that aren't P3 or P13 (if a mod/mapcrew ran a different map in a room).

Are any of these your problems?

i completed a bootcamp. there are 23 people in my room. and my number is still a 3. this isn't supposed to happen. its supposed to be a 4 ;-;

If it was the first bootcamp map you played in that room, it's not supposed to count to discourage people from farming easy bootcamp maps. You will have to wait for the first map in a room to end before they start counting.

I just completed my first bootcamp on a room I just entered, and I was so happy. But then it didn't count. And that's because that was the first one I completed on that round? That's a little unfair. I know that nobody here can do anything about it, but I guess I'm just really upset right now X,D

It's to prevent farming.

You know /chat bc, it used to be a chat that people always look for farm bootcamp rooms. Admins wanted to prevent farming as Haruh said, so you need to wait for the next round and also most of you said you need 5 or more than 5 people in a bootcamp room, but it's fine if the room includes 4 people who have different IP address.

Nonetheless there is some problem with this new system, as far as i can see reporting them to the staff is the most helpful way to solve this.

Looks like this isn't a bug, just that the first map doesn't count.
