I tried to change my avatar and it changed , but when i either go on tfm or press profile again, the old avatar is still there. so how can i change my avatar because the one i have is ugly as f

just be patient and wait 1 or 2 hours and it should work

Is it 100x100?

Tried resizing it?
Cropping it?

If it's too big I recommend going to the "Avatar Helpers" thread in the fanart section.
Or fix it yourself using this website.

Then, just wait for a couple of hours, the avatar/icon takes a while to load and update. (If the size isn't the problem)
