I and many others believe that Transformice should have more mods in each server (especially English because there is only one mod that's ever on). The people of Transformice are become more and more aggressive and abusive to each other and I believe that with more mods, the smaller problems, such as insults and spam, would be taken care of just as much as the bigger problems like hacking. Transformice needs to be stricter with their rules, crack down on too harsh of language or the people who spell swear words to the filter doesn't bleep them out, and especially take action against the people who tell others to kill themselves. We believe that with more mods, the problems could be treated more equally and therefore result in more punishments and make the world of Transformice a lot better of a place for everyone. Some of these people and their suggestions can be seen here http://atelier801.com/topic?f=6&t=786546&p=1#m14 (since the link thing never works). I believe that if we crack down on the lesser behavior, the players would be less likely to cause bigger problems, such as the hacking, because they wouldn't want to be punished as well if the mods take smaller problems so seriously. |

If they need more mods, they will open the moderator application thread. If a moderator is not online, just report them. Just because they do not get banned in a second does not mean no one is looking at it sometime this century. Moderators are not obligated to be online a lot (they have a life). Also, cracking down on swear words is really not high on the priority list compared to hacking. If it bothers you so much, reduce the moderators workload and just ignore them. Another note, hackers will hack because they can and will. They know hacking is taken seriously more than swearing, but does that stop them? Nope. Dernière modification le 1418090940000 |

Ignoring the people causing problems does not solve the problem as the link I posted suggests. They never get banned for the things they do, not even the hackers most of the time I see them again later that day. Moderators are there to make the game a better place and therefore should at least be online enough to help. There is only ONE mod ever online for English and I'm sure he/she is so busy they can't handle everything. Which is why I am suggesting more mods. If there were more mods, swearing could be taken almost as seriously as hacking, as both really ruin the game for everyone anyway. Again. ignoring doesn't solve the problem, there are ways for them to go around it. Hackers are less likely to hack if there is a severe punishment for it. Hackers think this game is a joke because the mods are so lenient and rarely ever paying attention or even online. |

1. Ignoring people does help. By ignoring them, you forget they even existed. If you still feel offended by their mere presence, you are not trying hard enough. 2. Bans are done by IP. If you see the hacker still it is either the same hacker or a hacker using proxies or changing IPs and can get banned again. 3. There is only so much you can do against swearing, They will either invent new swears or just spam it enough to overwhelm moderators. 4. There is severe punishments for hacking and more punishments for ban evasions. 5. Cases of profanity is a subjective thing for each moderator reviewing the situation. Much like how some cops will pull you over for something while others will not, it all depends on what you are doing to attract their attention more. Not everyone is swear-free and even nice people do swear time to time so what? Do they deserve a ban? You also talk about not enough moderators online, I think the problem is not "More moderators" but "More active moderators". |

If the moderation team feels like it needs more moderators then they will hire more moderators. |
