[CAFÉ] Report Button

Hello,
So our Cafe is pretty much chaos, so I'm suggesting a report button and a few additional Cafe moderators to prevent some of the trolling, hate, etc. that pretty much ruins it. It would greatly benefit the regular users of the Cafe and the new members in it. I apologize for the shortness, but there's not much to explain here. Thank you for your attention!

I agree. A lot of posts on the Café can be very offensive. People will insult religion, race, gender, pretty much anything.
